Refund & Cancellation Policy

Jerseywala is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our refund and cancellation policy to understand the terms that apply to your purchase.

1. Order Cancellation:
   • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. If you cancel your order, return the jersey without checking it, or fail to receive the product causing it to be returned, the advance amount paid will not be refunded.
2. Refunds:
   • Refunds are not available if the product is returned due to issues related to size, as we strongly advise customers to confirm their size using our size chart before ordering.
   • In the case of a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Situations:
   • Orders canceled after confirmation.
   • Jerseys returned due to size-related issues.
   • Failure to receive the product, leading to its return.
4. Exchanges:
   • We do not offer exchanges unless the product received is defective or incorrect. Size-related exchanges are not possible.

Note:

Refunds for advance payments will not be processed in cases of order cancellation, unverified returns, or failed delivery attempts.
